What cleaners do you use?

At Lemon Drop, we use only natural, plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning products. This includes Young Living’s Thieves household cleaner, Seventh Generation, Bon Ami powder, and Dr. Bronner’s peppermint Castile soap.

What are your prices?

Our starting hourly rate is $30/hour for cleans of 3 hours or less. If your home receives a quote of over 3 hours, the rate is reduced to $25/hour.

Individual quotes for special projects are available upon request.

Will I need to provide anything?

Nope! We’ll provide everything needed to thoroughly clean your home or office. This includes vacuum, cleaning products, mops, and rags. The only thing we ask is that toilet brushes are accessible while cleaning restrooms. Of course, if you have any of your own natural products you’d like us to use, just let us know!

How can I make payments?

You can always pay for cleans with cash or paper check – but if you prefer electronic methods, PayPal and Venmo are also available.

Do I have to be home during cleans?

After the initial meeting, you can choose whether you’d like to be home during cleans. If you won’t be around, we ask that you provide either a lock box with key to ensure we can get in, or let us know a key code to enter. If any alarm systems are active, we’ll need to know how to operate those as well.

What areas do you service?

Primarily, North and Northwest Houston. This includes Spring, Willowbrook, Jersey Village, and Cypress. Contact us to determine if you’re located within our service area.

What scheduling options do you offer?

Cleans can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

One time and move out cleans are also available depending on availability.
